I am the founder of Ijjad, a web design and development company based in Amman. I work with businesses across Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf, helping them plan and build websites, online stores, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
Alongside Ijjad I work as a digital project manager with Crafton, managing government and enterprise projects in Saudi Arabia, including the Invest Saudi portal and mobile app for the Ministry of Investment, the JESR app for the King Fahad Causeway Authority, and the Alfanar Group website.
I have more than ten years of experience managing projects. I began in government and development programmes with the U.S. Department of State and USAID in Amman, then spent eight years as co-founder of a trading and marketing company. I hold an MBA from Amman Arab University and a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Petra.

Business websites designed and built from scratch, in Arabic and English, with clear information and an easy way for customers to get in touch.
Online stores
E-commerce websites with local payment methods, product and stock management, plus a checkout that works well on mobile.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android applications, from the first working version through to launch and the updates that follow.
Platforms and internal systems
Systems with different user roles, dashboards, reporting, such as booking, ordering, or member platforms.
Search visibility
Making sure the website can be found on Google and in AI search tools. This is planned into the project rather than added afterwards.
Project management
Planning the work, agreeing the scope, coordinating the team, and managing approvals and delivery through to handover.
Selected work
Mihbaj
Mihbaj is Ijjad's own ordering platform for cafes and restaurants in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Customers order from their table by scanning a code, or for pickup and delivery. Staff have separate screens for the cashier, the kitchen, and the waiters, and the platform runs in Arabic and English throughout. It takes no commission on a venue's orders.
Ijjad's other government and enterprise projects are covered by confidentiality agreements and cannot be named individually.

Alongside Ijjad I work as a digital project manager with Crafton, delivering government, semi-government, enterprise projects in Saudi Arabia. On these I am responsible for planning, scope, coordinating the delivery team, approvals, handover. This work is carried out through Crafton, not through Ijjad.

How I work
How a project runs
Every project follows the same four stages, whatever its size.
Planning
We agree what the project needs to achieve, what will be built, in what order, and by when. This is written down before design work begins.
Design and development
Design, development, content, testing run to the agreed plan, with regular updates so you always know where the project stands.
Review and approval
Decisions and approvals are documented as the project moves, so everyone is working from the same version and nothing has to be redone.
Launch and handover
Testing before the site goes live, then documentation, access, plus a full handover so you own and control the finished product.

Other ventures
I have also founded and run businesses in Amman outside the digital field, including 7 Gaming Zone, a gaming and entertainment centre offering console, PC, and VR play, and a cloud kitchen operating several delivery food brands. Running them taught me how a website, a booking flow, and an online menu affect a business day to day.
